Founded in 1985 selling t-shirts, White Stuff has grown into a beloved boutique fashion and lifestyle brand with over 120 physical stores in the UK and Germany, as well as mail-order and e-commerce sales. However, when its eBay account metrics were labelled ‘Below Standard’ in 2023, White Stuff didn’t have the marketplace knowledge or resources to turn the ship around.

Emanaged are eBay masters. They revamped our listings and stock management, and we started selling and fulfilling record monthly sales with 4 x annual growth.

Re-launch of eBay channel

White Stuff leveraged Emanaged’s deep eBay expertise to re-launch the channel. From eBay merchandising management and listing management to stock support and VERO protection (to counter resellers violating White Stuff’s trademark), Emanaged offered strategic advice to get their eBay account back on track.

Outcome

Above Standard eBay account

Emanaged revamped White Stuff’s eBay stock management, providing new ways to clear old stock and push new season stock at full price on eBay. The new stock feed also reduced cancellation rates and gave eBay more confidence in White Stuff sales, leading to an account upgrade from Below Standard to Above Standard.

What’s more, since Emanaged ran a Summer Sale Homepage Event, White Stuff has consistently hit monthly sales of around £100K, qualifying them for additional eBay brand support (only available to brands that can hit over £100K) and leading to a 400% increase in YoY eBay sales.
