Insight reports to help your channel business case

Part of what we do for customers is analysis. Data and insight are critical success factors for eCommerce businesses and all marketplace sellers. 

Different platforms have different key performance areas and as part of working with new clients and reviewing existing clients progress we can prepare reports on a range of topics to help assess weaknesses and strengths of marketplace activities and opportunities to enhance sales performance. 

For businesses operating on Amazon or eBay, there are several options that may be of interest below. For other companies looking at new marketplaces some of our other reports might help scope out the opportunity and business case.

Amazon ASIN Analysis Report

Client Action: Amazon ASIN Analysis – client needs to send list of ASINs or list of UPC / EAN codes

Turnaround time: 2/3 days

Outcomes: Reviewing the list of ASIN's by Amazon region to assess current activity over the last 90 days to include buy box ownership average pricing, Prime/Vendor availability etc.

eBay Market Sizing Report

Client Action: Brand Name and keywords for bestselling items (optionally keywords can be proposed by Rich Insight)

Turnaround time: 2/3 days

Outcome - review of brand sales, competitors and/or category sales on eBay in agreed regions. Outcomes include total sales, total sellers, total sold, avg. sold price.

Marketplace Site Options Report

Client Action: Key objectives for new sites, key regions of focus, business models they are interested and any exclusion criteria

Turnaround time: 2/3 days

Outcome: A list of potential marketplaces in an agreed continent(s) that could be relevant to the seller, to include domestic site rank, site visits, website revenue (if we have these figures) and a brief site summary.

Amazon Listing Audit

Client Action: 3 listings URL’s from a client (optionally RI can choose by themselves)

Turnaround time: 2/3 days

Outcome: Listing audit on a brands listings on Amazon to look for opportunities for improvement and identify what they are doing well.

eBay Listing Audit

Client Action: 3 listing URL’s from a client (optionally RI can choose by themselves)

Turnaround time: 2/3 days

Outcome: Listing audit on a brands listings on eBay to look for opportunities for improvement and identify what they are doing well.

Reseller Activity Report (Currently unavailable as a free report)

Client Action: Reseller Activity Report – we need to know Brand Name or ASIN list

Turnaround time: 2/3 days

 Outcomes: An extract report on the client's ASIN's to assess, what revenue and market sales are made up by which sellers over time.

Amazon Market Sizing Report (Currently unavailable as a free report)

Client Action: Brand Name and keywords for bestselling items (optionally keywords can be proposed by Rich Insight)

Turnaround time: 5 days

Outcomes: A topline estimate review of brand sales, competitors and/or category sales on Amazon in agreed regions (US/UK/DE/FR). Outcomes include market share, top sellers and total market size estimates, as well as market growth data.
